These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively between SPORTS CONNECTION PTE LTD. Company Registration No.: 199102776R, a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore and having its registered office at SPORTS CONNECTION PTE LTD 84 Genting Lane #07-10 Axxel Innovation Centre 349584, Singapore, and any person placing an order on Sports Connection’s website www.bodypac.com. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice.


By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with www.bodypac.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. www.bodypac.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be www.bodypac.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party www.bodypac.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.


Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error on the prices of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within 5 days, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.


You shall pay for the Product in full upon submitting your Order. Payment for Orders must be made by way of Paypal. We reserves the right to change the payment options at any time for any reason. Once we received cleared funds in full in relation to your Order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your payment (“Payment Confirmation”).

Delivery is done by our In-house deliveryman on Mon - Fri between 9am - 6pm.

In the event that they are unable to successfully deliver the package, it will be brought to our office at 84 Genting Lane #07-10 Axxel Innovation Centre 349584, Singapore.


Products that required an exchange, has to be done within 7 days from the date of purchase.

(A)  Items must be in their original packaging, unassembled and with all labels intact.

(B)   Promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

(C)   Bring along receipt and the item(s) you wish to exchange to 84 Genting Lane #07-10 Axxel Innovation Centre 349584, Singapore.

(D)  Take note that exchange is only applicable to items of the same value or more, customers are required to top up any price differences.

We are unable to exchange items that do not meet these criteria.
